As you can see, I have updated my website. Actually, my Daddy did it…but I told him to! I think it looks much more cool. I like the pictures of me on the top of the site, and even the photo albums were redone.

Speaking of photos…I am working on making my Daddy put up my more recent photos. Every time we go out somewhere, everyone says how cute I am…and I need to have my most recent photos uploaded to validate those comments.

I am ready for my bath…again with the cleaning. I am still irritated that my sister and brother Panda Cat and Gizmo Cat have managed to escape the bath time ritual. They should get cleaned too!

Off to bed…gotta get my z’s!

I am now 4 weeks old. While I think this is a great milestone in my life, it also meant that I had to go back and see my doctor – Dr. Amy. She is very nice and good to me, so I don’t mind too much. And guess what? I grew another inch. I now weigh 9 pounds 13 ounces and am 21 3/4 inches long! Yeah Alex!

Later in the evening, I met my first Greek friends. My mommy’s (and daddy’s) friend Diane came to visit with her mommy. They are very nice and funny too! My Grandma CC also came over with a new friend Dr. Carolyn Newton. We all had Infusino’s (mommy’s favorite) I like Infusino’s too…I mean, Mommy has been feeding it to me for months and months! For desert, they had an special apple pie baked in a bag. I guess I will get to taste that later.

After all my guests left, I decided to have a melt down on Daddy. I enjoy doing that to him. I was so upset – wanting to be both changed and fed at the same exact moment. I guess my Daddy wasn’t moving fast enough, because Panda Cat not only tried to climb up his leg…she took a bite of him. Well ok maybe it was more of a nip, but I am still saying that my Panda Cat Sister bit my Daddy. She didn’t want me to be upset! I think that in the future when I am older and can do much more fun stuff, Panda Cat and I will become good friends

Rabbit Rabbit Rabbit! My Mommy said that is what you are supposed to say on the first day of the month. She tried to explain to me that her Grandma Hi-Baby taught that to my Mommy and my Auntie Sparky. It is supposed to be the first words that you say at the beginning of the month, and if you do that then you won’t fight with that person the entire month! Sounds good to me!

Today I also met my neighbors. They were nice. I also had another bath. Again I want to point out how unfair life in my house can be. Panda Cat and Gizmo Cat still haven’t had a bath and I have now had 3! What is wrong with my parents? It is not possible to be that dirty…although I don’t really mind getting wet. It is the principal of the matter now!

Wow it is the last day of January. (Mommy told me that) I am almost a month old! It seems like only yesterday when I was nice and cozy and warm inside of my Mommy’s tummy. Then Daddy had me evicted. Well today I had lunch with Granny Gayle, Grandma CC, Granny Gayle’s friend Kris, and Dr. Lynch and of course my Mommy. We went to a new place called Panera’s. Mommy and Granny Gayle wanted to go to the Olive Garden, but somehow that hasn’t happened.

After lunch, I didn’t do anything exciting. Just the usual, ESP (you know eat, sleep and poop)

Hello all. Today I had fun with Mommy and Grandma CC. We went to a place called Olive Garden. Mommy was upset that they got rid of her favorite meal. (It was also my favorite meal too) No more garlic con chicken broccoli. Then we went to this gigantic place called Sam’s Club. Mommy got me enough diapers for a few weeks (maybe) and a huge box of diaper wipes too! Yeah. All was going so well until Mommy and Daddy decided that I needed another bath. Again I ask what is with their obsession about getting me wet? I still maintain that Panda Cat and Gizmo Cat need to be bathed too. This isn’t fair!

I am off to go dry myself, until tomorrow

So my Daddy did it again. He left me alone all day with Mommy. Mommy says that he went to work. I am not sure exactly what that means, but Daddy did come back. Mommy and I had fun. We hung out all day and did nothing special, but had a good time anyways. For diner, Grandma CC came over and brought a new food…Chinese! I am not sure if I like it or not…I’ll get back to all of you on that later.

Well, off to bed – gotta get my 15 hours in.

Today was Vivaldi Day. I thought it was actually called Sunday, but Mommy has been calling this day Vivaldi day for the last week or so. Mommy and Grandma CC put on a concert just for me, Daddy was holding me and he tried to show me how to do something fun called conducting. I guess my Mommy did a lot of conducting when she was little too. I really love Vivaldi.. I listen to him when I eat, sleep, nap. rock, change my clothes, eat, sleep, and so on. There were some stragglers at Grandma’s house who attended the concert, but the concert was all for me…just ask my Mommy, or Daddy, or Grandma.

Again I ran into these gigantic white fluffy furry four-legged creatures. I still don’t know what they really are. The are very loud! Mommy says that one is called Rugby and the other is called Natasha. I still don’t no what that means. Maybe my big sister Panda Cat can help me out with this.

I also got to spend some quality time with Auntie Barb. She was wearing a bright yellow sweater that I really liked and she put me to sleep – not once, but twice…she is good!

Oh I almost forgot, my Uncle Giant, I mean Jimmy, held me. Holy Cow is he big. I wonder if I will be big like him? Only time will tell.

Off to go eat some more – I am a growing little boy

I have a belly button, So this means that today was bath day. I agree with Panda Cat, my parents are way too obsessed with getting me wet. I already get cranky when my diaper is wet, now they get my whole body wet, what the heck gives. Don’t worry, there will come a day when I get them back for this. Towards the end of the bath, I kinda got used to the water and had some fun with Mommy. I really like my towel. It has a hood on it and is real warm and cozy.

I have been thinking that if I have to have a bath every other day or so, why don’t my siblings have to have a bath too? I think that it is only fair for Panda Cat and Gizmo Cat to get clean too. I will have to talk to my parents about the inequities going on in this house.

Today was a fantastic day, my umbilical cord finally fell off. And boy am I happy, it was beginning to stink.

When dad got home we went to Babies `R Us. I finally got to go the baby superstore to get things that I want. Since Grandma CC went with us, that idea was totally blown out of the water. She bought whatever she thought was cute. Personally, I think I look cute in everything I wear! Mommy, Daddy, and Grandma CC have been going there for months to buy things for me, but now I finally got to go there in person.

Mommy says I got a new outfit for Spring Training. It says CUBS on it. I have no idea what that means Daddy told me that “maybe next year” I might understand! As we were checking out of the store, Mommy and Grandma found an Easter bunny outfit. I am scared about that outfit, but have no doubt that Mommy will make me wear it and I will of course be extremely cute in it!

Mommy also picked out an outfit for me to wear when the Super Bowl is on. Can someone help me out…what is a Super Bowl? Mommy was telling me that it is the biggest football game of the year and that this year it is the Colts vs. the Bears. I am excited to see the Bears…I love teddy bears…I wonder will there be any teddy bears at the Super Bowl? At least my daddy got what I really needed, more bottles!!!

Well it is late. Bed time after I get cranky for not eating.

I woke up at 4:30 this morning. Mommy fed me and the put be back into my little bed, but I had no desire to go back to sleep. Mommy made Daddy get up to change me around 5:30, and I still didn’t want to go back to sleep. Somehow, Daddy says I made him late for work. Lazy bum.

Mommy had a lunch date with her co-workers and early grads, so I went to Grandma CC’s office to play consultant. I hang out at the office and get to see lots of people and even more feet! Today I met a nurse – Mrs. Wick she was nice. I haven’t seen a nurse since my early days in the hospital – I like nurses.

Right before my Mommy came to pick me up, I decided to have “mini meltdown” for Grandma. Grandma told my Mommy that the entire time I was playing consultant, I slept but decided to get vocal towards the end of my visit.

Later in the evening, Mommy went out AGAIN and left me home alone with Daddy, Panda, and Gizmo. What was she thinking? My Mommy must be crazy. I do have to say, I am still alive and doing well – amazingly enough!

Well, I am off to bed and I will share more antics with you tomorrow
