So Mommy, Daddy, and Baby Sister Lauren came to CC’s house to get me today and return me to my home. I was very excited to see my kittie cats – Panda and Gizmo – but I still haven’t seen Gizmo. Panda and I had a great time (at least I did) brushing her, and hugging her, and giving her treats!
I am not to sure about this Baby Sister Lauren thing. She doesn’t seem to do too much – except eat, sleep, cry, and need her diaper changed. I did talk with her though, and sang Itsy Bitsy Spider to her too! I think she liked that – Mommy said she was awake and watching me.
Daddy tried yelling at me when I was jumping on the couch again. But I didn’t really understand him. He said something about your week of no rules is over. It is against the Alex Convention for any Grandparents to have rules for an Alex (unless the involve safety -that was a Mommy Amendment). Since I spent the last week with Grandma CC, Grandma Nikki, and Grandpa Bill – and since I have them all where I want them, I am able to do pretty much what I want too and when I want too. For instance, the other day when I didn’t want to nap, I told Grandpa Bill that I would do so for a Happy Meal – I ate the Happy Meal, but still didn’t nap! I also talked Grandma CC and Auntie Barb into taking me to the State Fair yesterday -where I was an eating machine. I sure did have lots of fun with all of my pseudo parents!
I know she has to be on a special blue/green light so that she can get better – I hope that is soon.
Off to bed for me – had a long day of readjusting
Love
Alex
Your daddy is mean. I think it’s funny that you pulled one over on Grandpa Bill…hahaha!!!
I love you!
OK I WAS THERE….you saw a milking exhibition, ate a whole ear of corn, ate a whole cream puff misus the puff……ate all the cream with your finger, drank a ton of water as your grandmother was afraid of the heat, caught a fish in the catch and release, saw the cows, horses, pigs, and was cooled in the stroller as your grandmpther and Barb sweated and pushed you everywhere.Took you home in the coinvertible with the top down and you fell asleep before we got on the highway. All in ALl ….you had a blast and Barb and I were exhausted but so happy to spend the day with you…..OUR FIRST STATE FAIR …PS WE BROUGH 4 BOXED OF CREAM PUFFS HOME SO ALL COULD ENJOY.CC
YOU KNOW THE RULES AT GRANDMAS HOUSE>>>>>THE GRANDCHILDREN ARE ALWAYS RIGHT AND THE PARENTS ARE FUDDY DUDDIES.
It sounds like you’re a great big brother! As far as your baby sister – she is just as adorable as you are – AND – don’t worry, I know she doesn’t do much now, but very soon she will have interesting things spewing from both ends from time to time… it happens will all babies – but hopefully not too much for Lauren.
