So again I was with Mommy and Daddy all day. I think I am finally starting to figure this new schedule out. Basically, I get to spend as much time as I want with my Mommy and I couldn’t be happier.

So today was Sunday, and Daddy, Mommy, Panda Cat, Gizmo Cat, and me just hung out. We took naps together, played together and well just was lazy. Mommy gave me a bath (with some help from Daddy) so I started out the day clean. Later on, I took a long nap…Mommy said it was around 3 hours long! Wow, I must have been tired. Daddy napped with me, but Mommy did work outside planting tomatoes…I am excited to see what those are.

Mommy, Daddy, and I stopped by Gram’s house (aka Grandma CC) to help her out with moving some boxes from her car into the garage. After our brief car ride, we went back home and I decided to not go to sleep. Mommy tried to make me, but it took some time before I went to sleep. Ha Ha Ha…I just wanted to spend more time with her!

I did spend some time on the floor, and I haven’t figured out how to craw yet, but I am having some fun with trying. I have pretty much mastered rolling over. Daddy keeps telling me that I am not a log, but I still keep rolling over and over for fun!

For food today, I ate bananas again and my favorite….carrots with some applesauce too! and don’t forget about my milk…gotta keep drinking my milk so I get big and strong!

Ok, so I know it has been a long time since I have posted, but life has been busy. Mommy has work, and so does Daddy, and then Auntie Shyster came home, and I am eating solid foods now, and frankly I am demanding much more attention and play time and reading time and hanging out time with Mommy (and sometimes Daddy!!!) We do things together like go for walks and stuff and the Parade is coming soon, so my parents (and of course me too) are busy with those preporations.

So the plan is this. Mommy (and Daddy) will keep my events current from now on, and they will be working to fill in the blanks on what happened in the past.

P. S. Let me tell you about my day today. It was Saturday, a weekend, which means that I had both Mommy and Daddy all day together. Mommy, Daddy, Auntie Shyster, and I all went to meet Uncle Joe. Uncle Joe is my great grandpa Boomer’s oldest and best friend. That was fun. I had some pears today and then my favorite – carrots too. I fell asleep early and that was my day.

So I am confused. Mommy was home with me all day today, but I don’t think it was the weekend…maybe it was? I can’t figure this out. Anyways, Mommy and I were together all day. In the morning, we took the car in for an oil change. I slept the entire way up and then I looked at cars. I saw lots of colors, and felt fabrics too. My favorite…a bright yellow Corvete with black and red leather seats. Mommy couldn’t figure that out either.

After the car was done, Mommy and Iwent shopping for a few items. I got some t=shirts, more spoons, and a new toy. We also went looking for a birthday present for my friend Olivia. Then Mommy and I picked up Daddy and Katie and went out to lunch. That was fun, as usual. We took Daddy and Katie back to work and then found Olivia’s present.

Mommy fed me pears for a late afternoon snack and then I had green peas for dinner. It was off to bed for me shortly after diner, and I was out for the night.

I am so very excited that it is Friday. That means the weekend is almost here and I get two whole days with my Mommy and Daddy! Yeah for Alex. This morning when Mommy dropped me off at Grandma CC’s, my Auntie Shyster wasn’t there! I wonder where she went? Didn’t she know I was coming over to play with her? Well, Auntie Barbie came to the house, and since Grandma CC had to run to the office, I just stayed at the house and played with her.

Mommy came home from work to pick me up. I had just come back from a walk! That was lots of fun! Anyways, Mommy noticed that I was wearing something different than what Daddy had put me in to wear this morning. Auntie Barbie told Mommy that this was my third outfit of the day! I think that might be a record. The first one someone (don’t know who…but Grandma CC said that it was the Vickster) and the second one well let’s just say got all wet, and well I am wearing the thrid one now!

Mommy picked me up, and we met Grandma CC at the hair place. She needed her purse to pay them or they weren’t going to let her leave, and I couldn’t let that happen now. Then the three of us went to the Spot so Grandma CC could get a hot dog (but she changed her mind and got a hamburger and fries…oh well) After we got back to Grandma’s house, Mommy and I played waiting to hear back from Daddy (he was at my new house cutting the HUGE lawn) After a while, we all decided to go out to diner, so Mommy, Grandma CC, Auntie Barbie, Daddy, and Auntie Shyster all went out to diner at a nice place, where again I heard over and over how cute I am! I don’t ever tire of hearing those words!

Mommy and Daddy took me home, and I ate a little more, and then went right to sleep.

So I got up this morning, got changed, was fed, got dressed, and then I went to Grandma CC’s to play with Grandma CC and Auntie Shyster. Mommy picked me up from Grandma CC’s, and then Mommy, Auntie Shyster and I went the video store (I really am not sure why they did that…I have DVD’s that we can watch at home…can anyone say Baby Einstein?) Anyways, Grandma CC called, and there was an urgent need for some things at the office, so the three of us went to Office Max (where I was told many times that I was cute) and then to my office. As we were leaving, Mommy passed Daddy in the car (He was on his way to the office to fix the doppler, while we were on our way home) Daddy came home, and Mommy and I went outside with him and we hung out with our neighbors. I met some new friends, and a potential babysitter. She was very nice. We’ll see about that. It was starting to get very windy out, and the sky was looking dark, so Mommy and Daddy took me back inside, fed me, and just as I was about to go to sleep, Auntie Shyster came back over (she brought ice cream for my parent’s) and they finished a movie. It must have been funny, because Mommy was doing a log of laughing (National Lampoon’s – Vacation?) I don’t know, but Mommy says I can see it when I am much older.

For the first time in a long time my daddy decided to get off his lazy butt and take care of me. It is Wednesday and thus daddy works from home. Well I decided that I would show him up and not bother him too much so I slept for most of the day. You may think that I am getting soft on him, but it is more that I am showing him who is boss and not letting him play with me. Just look at how cute I am, who would not want to play with me?

When mommy came home I was wide awake and she fed me while daddy went to PT and then when lazy came home she put me in my Baby Bjorn so we could watch him do yard work. Soon after, Auntie Sparky came by and had dinner with us. They ate, I went to bed.

Well it is Tuesday and daddy is being lazy again and making Auntie Sparky take care of all day. Something about daddy having to deal with Sears. Well mommy dropped me off with Auntie and then she got bored in the early afternoon and met with a friend of hers Elise. They hung out for a bit then she brought me home so that mommy would not have to drive all around to get me.

Not that I wanted to play with my daddy, but he did not come home for a long time and I almost missed him. When he did come home he said I could not mention anything about Sears. I don’t know what happened but I am sure I heard him say something about a post office. Mommy calmed him down and I played with him. I ate, I drooled and the I went to bed.

This is getting old. I thought I made it clear how much I hate Monday’s? Why hasn’t anyone done anything about it? I wonder who I can complain too about this…I know my Mommy is too busy right now to fix it, maybe my lazy Daddy could do something about it? I would ask Gizmo Cat to help me out, but he is always sleeping! and I am not too sure how Panda Cat feels about me, so I guess I will just let it go for now.

Mommy dropped me off at Grandma CC’s in the morning, and I played with Grandma CC and Auntie Sparky all morning. Then Grandma CC had to go to work, but I still had my Auntie Shyster to play with.

Auntie Sparky (or Shyster…either one works for me) brought me to my house, where my Mommy was waiting for me. I don’t like to sleep much during they day, and in fact, I only napped very little today. I wore my Auntie out, so she took a nap on the couch for a bit…actually it was more like 3 hours! I too took a nap with my Mommy. Mommy held me, and I slept…for around 2 hours. Then we had to go to Mommy’s dentist appointment. I waited with my Auntie Shyster for Mommy to get done. I had lots of fun, and when Mommy was done, the three of use went to go see my Great Grandpa Boomer. He is funny. He wants to hold me and he likes to talk to me. He said “Hey Buddy” to me today and I smiled for him. Mommy and Auntie Shyster say that Great Grandpa Boomer and I have a lot in common right now. We both don’t have teeth (well he has some and I am getting mine in…slowly and painfully), and we both don’t have much hair, and we both have little pot bellies, and we both have no ass! He He He!

After we left Great Grandpa Boomer’s place, we picked up Grandma CC and we met Daddy at a place called Renzo’s for diner. It was fun, until the end when I got a little cranky. Mommy gave me a little Tylenol and I was fine (Daddy says I am exhibiting drug seeking behavior) Mommy says that it is ok if I hurt to get some relief! Take that Daddy! I went home to have some cereal and then I went to sleep. Mommy put on a cd for me called “Baby Needs Mozart”. I like it, but I think there should be one called Alex needs Vivaldi!

Mom broke her own rule and had a psyco cleaning Sunday. Daddy stayed out of it and did what he was told to do. Auntie Sparky came to help and then Mom, Auntie and I went to Target to return a ton of stuff that no longer fits me. Mom said some things about Target that I can not repeat, but I believe it comes down to her disliking corporate America. We then bought a ton of stuff for, ME and then we came home.

That is it, a long day of cleaning and buying stuff for me. Got to sleep now.

It is Saturday and many think it is a sleep in day. Not for me, because since I am soooo little, every day is weekend. So I got up early, made daddy stay up with me and then I let mommy sleep. Daddy left later in the morning to cut the grass at the new house. I was kinda glad becuase I got a lot of mommy and me time. Daddy then came home and we drove up to the new house to drop off some stuff he had to pick up from Sears.

After we dropped the stuff off, mommy made dad get new clothes since he was sooo dirty. We then went to OG (I call it Olive Garden, but daddy is lazy) for dinner. After dinner we went home and waited for bit becuase mom wanted to go to the Carival in town, so did dad, but mom said he could not join the gang and become a “carnie”. Mom went on some rides, and mom and dad both won teddy bears for me. Yea ME!!!

Well it is late and I am tired.
