Well…I can’t believe it, but my Mommy did it. She really did it, and there was nothing I could do to stop her. She left me alone with my Daddy all day. Mommy went back to this place called work, and she left me unsupervised with my Daddy. I tried to warn her (and so did my Daddy) but she wouldn’t listen. She called in lots to check up on me and Daddy. I misssed her, but survived. Mommy came home for lunch (Panda Cat told me) and found me asleep in my swing and Daddy cleaning the house.

When Mommy came home for good, I was awake and so happy to see her. I wouldn’t let her put me down for hours. I talked to her, and made her play with me, feed me, change me, and most of all hold me. I had a good time with that.

I met a new friend today. My Mommy’s work friend Matt (he is real tall and I met him a few weeks ago)  his wife Michelle came over to my house and brought dinner for my parents. I decided to be awake for a little while, and had a good time with her. She has two little girls (ok big girls to me) and we are going to get together over the summer sometime. I don’t exactly know what summer is…but I hear it has something to do with sun and warm weather and I know that I will have my Mommy all day again in the summer. I like summer already!

Well, I had a tough day and need my rest…so does my Mommy (she is very tired and we took a brief nap in the big green chair together)

Sunday, Sunday, Sunday! Today Mommy got up early with me, and Daddy went outside to play in the snow. We then went over to Grandma CC’s house, where I waited with my Mommy for Daddy to come back from the airport with Grandma CC and Granny Gayle. I was the suprise for them! While I waited for them, I played with Auntie Barbie. She sure likes to hold me and play with me. She is nice.

When Grandma CC saw me, she got so excited. I think she really missed me. She gave my Mommy all kinds of colorful clothes that are real small…but still a bit too big for me. Mommy says that I now have a Hawaiian shirt in every size for the next three years. That sounds like fun. I also have a shirt (with shorts) that matches a shirt Grandma got for Daddy (he doesn’t have shorts though). I think that is “to cool” to match Daddy…or for Daddy to match me.

Well, I am going to go and look at the shirts and all their bright colors

So I was just looking outside, and WOW is the weather crazy. There is a lot of white stuff (Mommy says it is called snow) on the ground and more of it coming down from the sky too. Panda says that snow is cold and wet. I wonder when I am going to find out about snow. Mommy says next year at this time I can go outside and play in the snow while Daddy is outside working. That sounds like fun. Daddy works and I play!

Well today was a lazy Saturday. I stayed home all day with my Mommy, Daddy, Panda Cat and Gizmo Cat. We watched some t.v., took naps, ate, and my parents decided to give me a bath again. I was ok with that. The water was nice and warm, and Mommy wrapped me up in one of my new bright yellow bath towels! Having spent more time with my sister Panda  Cat, I understand better now why she doesn’t get a bath when I do…but I still don’t think it is fair. Oh well…I don’t want her to hate me, so I will not say anything else about bath time for Panda Cat.

I am thinking about sleeping, but I am so excited to see my Grandma CC who is right now on a plane coming back from Hawaii. I can’t wait to see her and to see what she brought me. Everytime she called my Mommy, she said she bought me something more. She makes me smile! I also had my Mommy talk to my other grandparents, and my Grandmpa Bill is going to make me a toy box. That sounds like lots of fun.

Well…I have been awake for a few hours, and am showing no signs of wanting to go to bed, but I am sure my Daddy will make me!

Wow! The week is almost gone, and next week I have to begin a new schedule. One that doesn’t have me with my Mommy 24/7. I wonder how my Mommy will adjust to that. I am sure that I will be fine…my Mommy may need thearpy though.

Today I stayed home all day with my Mommy, Panda Cat, and Gizmo Cat. It was so windy outside, that Mommy was afraid I might blow away if we went out! Just kidding. We had no reason to go out today, so we just played together all day. In fact, I didn’t let Mommy do anything other than hold me, feed me, change me, rock me, play with me, and of course nap with me. I did give her maybe an hour or so and in that time Mommy was able to wash some of my clothes! I sure do keep her busy…but I don’t mind!

Daddy came home from work, and I decided that he needed to play with me too!

Hello again everyone. It is me, Alex, telling you all about my day. Once again, I played with Mommy all day. We went to a Doctor’s appointment in the afternoon, and everyone told me how cute I am! I never tire of hearing those words!

My Uncle Jimmy came over for dinner to eat with me and my parents. We had Renzo’s. I had Renzo’s later, but it was still good! I made my Uncle Jimmy hold me. He is so big, but is so nice too! I wonder if I will be as big as him when I grow up? Only time will tell!

Off to bed for me, so that I can grow big and strong like my Uncle Jimmy!

Happy Tuesday everyone. So far, I have enjoyed having my Mommy (and Daddy) reading to me from my new books. That makes Mommy happy. Mommy loves to read…Daddy says sometimes Mommy reads too much and ignores things, like my Daddy!

Today was fun. Once again, I played with Mommy all day (and Daddy all night). Mommy and I went shopping for some things at Kohls and Target. I had fun shopping. Mommy picked up some more bath towels (with the hoods on them so I don’t get cold) and I also got some new clothes since I have out grown my newborn size but I am not in the next size (3-6 month) yet. Mommy also got me something that Daddy hated. It is a Green Bay Packer Jersey Onezie. It has the number 4 on the back and the name Favre. I think it is cool! Daddy says Packers suck go Chargers. I think I will learn more about this in the Fall. I also got a really cool new baseball toy and a spring jacket. Mommy doesn’t want me to get cold. At Target I made Mommy get me some more diapers (I sure use alot of those) and then Panda Cat and Gizmo Cat needed a new toliet, so Mommy got them a new box with sand. I think they have more fun with pottying than I do!

All in all, I had a busy day and had lots of fun with my Mommy. I am going to go play with my new toy, and show my Daddy my new stuff.

On this day next week, my Mommy will not be with me. She will be back at work. I am sad, but understand and I will have my grandma (who is looks like and acts a lot like my Mommy) to play with…when I’m not torturing my Daddy all day on Wednesday’s. Yeah for me!

Today I met the doc who delivered me! He  remembered me, and I had a good time with all the nice nurses too. They all said how cute I am. I pretened to be sleeping so I could hear all the nice things that they said!

In the evening, Mommy, Daddy, and I went to this place called Barnes and Nobles. Mommy said that is was a book store and we went book shopping for me! I got new books. Mommy picked out a book with a bunny on the cover that looks fun, and also some Dr. Suesse books. Daddy also picked out a book for me of Disney bedtime stories and then we also got Mother Goose Nursey Rhymes. I also made Mommy get me a book for grandma the foot doc. It is a Dr. Suesse book about feet! I can’t wait for her to read it to me! When we got home, Mommy read to me. She read Fox in Socks. It was funny to hear Mommy’s tounge get all tied up!

So today is Sunday. I like Sunday’s. They are what my parent’s call lazy days. In fact it was such a lazy day that my Mommy, Daddy and I never left the house! We stayed home together all day and played too! I like it lots when I have both of my parent’s to play with. I can have fun with Mommy and still have time to tortue Daddy!

Othen than hang out with Mommy, Daddy, Panda Cat and Gizmo Cat, I didn’t do much. I did have fun with all of them though!

Hello everybody. I hope everyone is well. I am doing good, just so you know. Today was the day we celebrated my Grandpa Bill’s birthday. My Mommy and Daddy and I went to this place called Lake Geneva where I met up with my Gramps Bill and Grandma Nikki, Uncle Don Human, Auntie Buki, Uncle Jeff, the Other Melissa and Olivia. I once again had a blast torturing my dad. First when it was time to order food, I made him take to the bathroom to get changed, then right before the food came out, I got really upset and wanted to eat. But the best part was that I somehow talked to the folks in the kitchen and had them forget my dad’s food!!! Needless to say, dad got his food, but he had to wait till I was done eating before he could eat; I know he was hungry, so that was the best!!!

After dinner, we went and got some Ice Cream at a place called Cold Stone. Once again daddy got yelled at for playing around, but this time, I think mommy was wrong to do it. You see, daddy was holding me and feeding me so he could get his own Ice Cream. Well mommy had some and she was nice enough to share with the fat guy. Well daddy thought that I might like some so he gave me a little bit to lick off of my lips. For once Daddy was right, I liked it. However, mommy yelled at dad and that was the end of my Ice Cream. (Mommy freaks out on some things)

Well time to dream of a big Ice Cream cone.

So today was another day of firsts for me. Well I think it was more of a first for my Mommy (and of course Daddy) but since this is my blog, it can be my first!

In the morning, my Mommy decided that I was sick, so she made me go see Dr. Amy. Mommy thought I had a cold. Daddy met us there, and all I had was some nasal congestion. My Mommy was just being a worrywort. But that’s ok, I don’t mind.

In the afternoon, Mommy (and Daddy’s) friend Erin came to visit. Erin is now my new friend too. She played with me for a long time. She fed me, held me, changed me, talked to me, and of course fed, held and changed me some more!  The four of us went to dinner, and then Mommy and Daddy went off together alone without me to a movie. I stayed at home with my new friend Erin to hang out with. I had fun. Daddy and Mommy liked the movie, but I think I had more fun that Daddy. Daddy said that Mommy spent time wondering how I was. I guess it didn’t help that the name of the main character in the movie was Alex! See how that works? I can’t let my Mommy go anywhere without thinking of me…or me of her.

I am off to do things…ok I am just going to go to bed, but still that is something,
